Book Your Boiler is the trading name of Chad Greenway Heating Ltd, a family-run heating, plumbing and air conditioning company based in Caerphilly and serving Cardiff, Newport and across South Wales. Owner Chad Greenway has spent 18 years as a plumbing and heating engineer, and that experience runs through the whole business. His wife takes care of the back office and his daughter heads up the social media, while every engineer on the team is hand-picked to make sure they bring the same care and attention to detail that Chad does.
We started Book Your Boiler with a clear vision: to make it genuinely easy to book your boiler, service, repair or a brand new installation. Chad had been let down by tradespeople in the past, so we built systems that put the customer first. When you book, you get a text and email to confirm your appointment, and you can even track your engineer when they are on the way.
We are Gas Safe registered and REFCOM F-Gas certified, and in 2025 we were proud to be named Boiler Contractor of the Year, as well as a finalist at the Start-Up Business Awards. We had a minor leak and hot water issues with our boiler. We spoken and Chad came over the next morning to see the problem. We agreed an appointment when he come and do the job, but fortunately he had a free time 2 days later. He called if is okay and he has perfectly completed the job with the replacement part.He had resolved our issue with the boiler in a really short period of time. He promissed and he came.Excellent service and friendly guy.We highly recommend them.We had an other issue with our toilet cistern valve. I have contacted with Chad, he was really helpful.
